Has the City issued you an ESC Requirement?
From single family homes to multi-phase developments, EDI has got you covered. Sediment control doesn’t have to be complicated - it just has to make sense. Servicing the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley Area, EDI is a personable, yet professional consultant that you want on your team.
Founded in 2018 by Mr. Terry Salandini, Environmental Design & Inspections Inc. (EDI) retains the experience/knowledge in fields relating to phased environmental designs, environmental monitoring, and civil construction inspections. Mr. Salandini has 15 years’ experience in the civil consulting field working on projects pertaining to land development, environmental monitoring, the design of environmental plans, investigations of environmental impacts and mitigation, and municipal inspection services. Within this time, he has worked in conjunction with both private consultants and government agencies in matters relating to environmental work. His skillset has awarded him the opportunity to re-write municipal ESC Bylaws. This has enabled him to develop a skill set integrating the needs of a contractor and the municipal regulations to facilitate a smooth transition and completion of the projects.
EDI understands the impact construction actives can have on our environment, as such our aim is to implement an adaptive plan that is tailored specifically for your project. There is no such thing as one design fits all, and as such it is important to us that each project begins with a preliminary walk thru to ensure that the needs of all parties can be met with the anticipated construction schedule. Our knowledge and experience in this field allows us to introduce simple and cost-effective methods for your erosion and sediment control needs.
“We are committed to the responsible use and protection of the environment which we proudly reflect in the work we do.” - EDI
